Polite Appeal to Vote through a Twitter Video

Maharashtra’s State election season has already begun, and all the political parties are putting significant efforts for election campaigns. In this situation, the ruling party tries to keep the power with itself whereas, opposition parties consider election as an opportunity for transition and power change. The BJP in Maharashtra state also conducted the election campaign Maha Janadesh Yatra that received a huge response and tremendous success in the state. BJP senior authorities also used different strategies and surprises to shock the opposition parties. One of the biggest decisions was Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil who also happens to be the BJP, Maharashtra Chief was instructed to contest in the election through the Kothrud-Pune constituency. 

 

Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil is someone who always follows instructions given by the senior authorities of the party obediently, therefore he accepted this decision too and initiated his campaign work accordingly. Earlier it was difficult for him to accept this decision, but he considered this as an important opportunity and challenge. Mr Patil made significant efforts with respect to the election campaign and visited many clubs, institutes as well as societies for this purpose. Additionally, he tried to take significant inputs from various stakeholders of the society and also promised them about the fulfilment of their expectations and demands. All these collective efforts helped him a lot in strengthening his profile as the MLA of Kothrud.

On 19th October, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil posted a Twitter video on his official handle to place a collective appeal before all the citizens to participate in this democratic celebration. The Indian constitution has provided the right to vote to all adults. Mr Patil has appealed people through this video to vote for a genuine candidate in this election. Earlier, also Shri Patil has posted one video regarding the use of NOTA i.e. ‘None of the Above’ options availed on the EVM system. In line with his social responsiveness, he has pointed out a threat associated with the deliberate use of NOTA, calling it hazardous for the democratic system.

In the video posted on 19th October, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil has politely appealed all voters to vote the second ballot denoted by the Lotus symbol, the candidate’s name being Shri Chandrakant Bacchu Patil. He has further added that their vote will be beneficial in supporting the Modi and Fadnavis Government in the state. He also reminded us that voting is the duty of every responsible citizen. Finally, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has urged people to vote for him and to contribute towards the establishment of the fierce and stable BJP Government again in the state.

To sum it all up, Mr Chandrakant Patil has controlled and changed the negative situation in the Kothrud constituency into a positive and promising one. This area has a notable population of the well-educated and well-cultured community. In fact, it was considered a bastion of the BJP. Due to the collective efforts of Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil and the honest vote bank of Kothrud area, it can be predicted that the new MLA of Kothrud will be Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil.
