First Melava at Kothrud for the Election

The BJP recently came up with a surprising decision regarding the Assembly election ticket for the BJP Chief of Maharashtra- Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil. It was eleventh-hour breaking news by the BJP and according to this news, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil will contest for the election through the Kothrud Pune constituency. Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil attended the Melava event at Pune. During this event, he threw light on his journey in the entire process of the Assembly election. 

Mr Patil said that he has accepted the decision of the senior authorities and according to their instructions, he is contesting for the state election through Kothrud in Pune. He further added that although it was difficult for him to accept this decision initially, he believes in the party’s principles and is going to obey the instructions of his seniors. He considers himself an ordinary BJP worker and follows the directions of party officials.

Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil attended an event at Pune. During this event, many eminent personalities were seen in attendance, including- MP Mr Girish Bapat, Mayor, and Kasba Candidate Mrs Mukta Tilak, MLA Madhuri Misal, Former Minister Mr Shashikant Sutar, MP Mr Sanjay Kakade, Mr Yogesh Gogavle, Mrs Medha Kulkarni, Mr Muralidhar Mohol, etc.

Mr Patil said that when his name was declared as the Kothrud candidate, situations weren’t favourable for him. Many people also tried to politicize the matter by shaping it through casteism and the local-outsider agenda. Also, many talk shows were arranged to target Mr Patil. However, the current gathering has put a complete full-stop on all of these efforts. Mr Patil further added that he has always emerged as the winner in every fight. The opposition parties have tried hard to make the BJP Government collapse in every way, but they have failed in doing so time and again.

Mr Patil further assured that he will try to sort out various issues emerging in Pune city since he has a good understanding of the city’s problems. The opposition parties are struggling to find points to blame the BJP and they aren’t getting any sound reason. He also added that the BJP-Sena alliance is pretty certain that it is going to emerge victorious in the election. However, he also clarified that he will put in maximum efforts towards achieving success in the election campaign and that its planning has already been done.

During this event, Mr Girish Bapat appreciated Mr Chandrakant Patil wholeheartedly. He added that the latter is renowned as the leader of common people and the most down-to-earth person in politics. Mr Patil has always been a person who fights and does not cry… In this way, Mr Bapat also taunted Mr Ajit Pawar who recently cried in front of the media as a part of political melodrama. Finally, Mr Bapat appealed people to assure victory to Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil, that too with a considerably huge margin. He concluded that Mr Patil will resolve the problems of Pune area since he has a deep understanding of the problems of this area.

MLA Mrs Medha Kulkarni and Corporator Mr Muralidhar Mohol also expressed their desires of Mr Dada Patil securing grand victory in the said constituency.

Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil accepts challenges easily and makes difficult things look simple. He has accepted the challenge of winning the hearts of Kothrudkars and he has also been successful in doing so. His maturity, experience, and public relation have helped him a lot on this journey. He could not be victimized through casteism or the local-outsider factors frequently practised in politics. On 24th October, his new inning as the MLA of Kothrud will begin.
